Casita Bivapo is a traditional house which was recently renovated; it is situated in the attractive old quarter of panoramic sea views from all its windows, balcony and private roof terrace. Located in a very quiet, traffic free street with the beach is just 3 minutes away.
Description: This house offers wonderful sea views. It has a living room with sofabed and 2 armchairs, coffee table, a TV/DVD player and music system, Wi-Fi connection and satellite TV. It has been decorated respecting the traditional Spanish style.
The modern kitchen has ceramic hab, electric oven, micrawave oven, toaster, electric kettle, cafetier, plus an extendable table and chairs.
On the first floor is the bedroom, there is a double bed with beside tables, table lamps, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a wooden chair. There is a balcony and window, all with sea views From the bedroom there is access to a small back patio, where there is a discreet washing line.
The en-suite bathroom is modern, and has ceramic tiles to all walls and floor, a ceramic shower tray, WC, wash basin, washing machine and a window to the back. On the top floor there is a large private roof terrace the size of the whole house.
From this roof terrace there are panoramic views to the sea and bay. There is a patio table, 4 chairs and a parasol. The house has an efficient air conditioning and heating system with remote control.
The house can sleep up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 young children. Please confirm children’s ages when booking.
All bed linen and bath towels are provided. We ask our guests to please bring their own beach towels.
Smoking is permitted on the terrace and balcony only.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Cancellation & forfeiture.
If after making a booking, the customer decides to cancel their reservation, provided this is done at least eight weeks prior tothe letting commencement date, the owner will do their utmost to re-let the property for the full period reserved.
If the property is then successfully re-let, for the cancelled period, the customer will receive all of their pre-payments back, minus an administration fee of 30 euros.
If the owner is unable to re-let the property or the booking is cancelled during the eight weeks prior to the booking, the entire pre-payments received will be retained.
In the event of the booking having to be cancelled by theproperty owner, the entire payments will be returned to thecustomer.
Once the rental period has commenced, if the client decides to cut short their holiday, the owner is under no obligation to return any payments received.
