Fuentes del Algar (Algar Waterfalls) a beautiful natural park which receives many visitors every year. At the natural park you will find plenty of attendant controlled parking areas most of which provide shade from the sun. Rio Safari is located in the city of Elche, in Alicante. Elche is a city famous for its palm trees. Elche has two UNESCO World Heritage Sites, one of them is The Palmeral and the other one is the Misterí d´Etx. Rio Safari is located in the century old Lion Paml Orchard, It works in the conservation of many exotic species and makes a fascinating day out for young and old alike.

Aitana safari consists of two large drive through areas with an excellent collection of wild animals to see. Safety instructions are posted in various languages at the entrances. La Cova del Rull caves are located in the little village of Vall d’Ebo. The journey there by car gives marvellous views of the valleys and mountains. The caves themselves feature spectacular stalagmites and rocks of wonderful shapes and colours.

The natural park of Serra Gelada covers about 6 hectares, around Benidorm, Alfaz del Pi and Altea. Protected historical areas throughout the mountains and the three islets emblematic of the Illot Mitjana, the Illot of Benidorm and Olla and Galera. Inside the park there are two routes bordering (one hour or less) and another goes from Playa del Albir up by the cliffs to the Benidorm coast (about 4 hours). parque-natural-de-serra-gelada
Finca La Barbera del Aragonés – Villa Joyosa This historic finca houses the municipal archealogical museum of Villa Joyosa. An interesting selection of artifacts from the Iberian and Roman times are on display, and the house has a number of rooms which contain furniture and day to day objects from the house as it would have been in earlier centuries.

Santa Barbara Castle – Alicante This historic building takes its name from constructed, it in the 9th century though archealogical evidence points to the site’s use by bronze age man and later the Romans.
