Apartment Piso Topzela was recently renovated. It is situated in the old quarter of the town. The bulding is a great old rustic house that we have renovated, and converted into 3 apartments. The apartment we offer here is situated on the top (2nd) floor facing the sea and includes a good sized roof terrace The beach is only 3 minutes walk away.
Description: This property has a living room with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, air conditioning, TV, DVD player, satellite TV, Wi-Fi connection, music system, entry phone and a private roof terrace. The room is decorated in the traditional style.
There are two bedrooms:
The main bedroom, has a double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers,hairdryer sand a wooden chair. From the window there are beautiful sea views.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, nairdryer and a wooden chair. From the window there are nice views to the narrow streets of the old quarter. There is also an extra folding bed, where a 5th person could be accommodated, if required. The kitchen is spacious and modem. It has an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, and cafetiere.
Off of the kitchen there is a dining area with tables and chairs. From the kitchen and dinning area there are windows that look out to magnificent sea views. The bathroom is modern and fully tiled. It has a shower with ceramic tray, wash basin, WC.
The private roof terrace includes a table and 6 patio chairs plus a large parasol.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor accessible by stars. All bed linen and bath towels are provided. We ask that guest provide their own beach towels.
Smoking is permitted on the terrace and balcony

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Cancellation & forfeiture.
If after making a booking, the customer decides to cancel their reservation, provided this is done at least eight weeks prior tothe letting commencement date, the owner will do their utmost to re-let the property for the full period reserved.
If the property is then successfully re-let, for the cancelled period, the customer will receive all of their pre-payments back, minus an administration fee of 30 euros.
If the owner is unable to re-let the property or the booking is cancelled during the eight weeks prior to the booking, the entire pre-payments received will be retained.
In the event of the booking having to be cancelled by theproperty owner, the entire payments will be returned to thecustomer.
Once the rental period has commenced, if the client decides to cut short their holiday, the owner is under no obligation to return any payments received.
