Casita Carinhou is a small house is located in one of the most charming cobbled pedestrian streets in the old quarter of Altea. The street resembles an andalusian patio, with many plants and flowers outside the houses. This quiet location is totally free from traffic noise. The house is less than 3 minutes walk from the sea.

Casita Carinhou has a living room with a sofa-bed which sleeps 2, coffee table, TV/DVD player, WiFi internet connection, music system. It has been decorated according to the traditional Spanish style
The modern kitchen has ceramic hab, electric oven, micrawave oven, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, cafetiere, and washing machine plus an extendable table and chairs.
On the first floor, the bedroom has a double bed with 2 bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers, a built in wardrabe, and wooden chair. The bedroom has 2 windows, one with sea view.
There is also a balcony fram where there are beautiful views to the street full of flowers and plants.
The house can sleep up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 young children. Please confirm children’s ages when booking.
The bathroom is modern, fully tiled, with ceramic shower tray, WC, washbasin and an exterior window.
On the top floor there is the private roof terrace, which accupies the full size of the house. The terrace has nice views to the sea and mountains. A patio table and chairs, plus a parasol are provided.
The house has an efficient air conditioning and heating system with remote control.
We provide all bed linen and bath towels. We ask our guests to please bring their own beach towels.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Cancellation & forfeiture.
If after making a booking, the customer decides to cancel their reservation, provided this is done at least eight weeks prior tothe letting commencement date, the owner will do their utmost to re-let the property for the full period reserved.
If the property is then successfully re-let, for the cancelled period, the customer will receive all of their pre-payments back, minus an administration fee of 30 euros.
If the owner is unable to re-let the property or the booking is cancelled during the eight weeks prior to the booking, the entire pre-payments received will be retained.
In the event of the booking having to be cancelled by theproperty owner, the entire payments will be returned to thecustomer.
Once the rental period has commenced, if the client decides to cut short their holiday, the owner is under no obligation to return any payments received.
