Piso Cernoz is a recently renovated, large first floor apartment and s located in one of the charming streets of the old quarter of Altea. It is on 2 levels. It is about 2 minutes walk from the sea front and beach, and includes satellite TV and Wi-fi internet connection. There is a private roof terrace with views of the mountains and sea.
Description: This first floor apartment has a living room with sofa, coffee table, 32″ LCD TV, satellite TV, DVD player, music system, an ADSL wi-fi connection is also available. There is a dining room table and chairs. The whole apartment has been decorated in traditional Spanish style.
The modern kitchen has ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, cafetiere, and washing machine plus a folding table and chairs.
The downstairs bathroom is modern, fully tiled, with ceramic shower tray, WC, washbasin and an exterior window.
The master bedroom has a double bed with 2 bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers, a built in wardrobe, and wooden chair. Air conditioning is fitted and the bedroom has a window with views to the sea. The ensuite bathroom includes WC, ceramic shower and wash basin.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe. Air conditioning is fitted and there is a window to the small internal patio below. The terrace and main bedroom are accessed by a staircase.
There is a private roof terrace with marvellous sea views. Patio furniture and parasol are provided.
A folding single bed can be provided, where a 5th person could be accommodated if required.
Smoking is permitted only on the balcony or terrace.
PLEASE SPECIFY THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN YOUR GROUP
The house has air conditioning in both bedrooms plus fans and heating (should it be required!) is provided.
We provide all bed linen and bath towels. We ask our guests to please bring their own beach towels.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Cancellation & forfeiture.
If after making a booking, the customer decides to cancel their reservation, provided this is done at least eight weeks prior tothe letting commencement date, the owner will do their utmost to re-let the property for the full period reserved.
If the property is then successfully re-let, for the cancelled period, the customer will receive all of their pre-payments back, minus an administration fee of 30 euros.
If the owner is unable to re-let the property or the booking is cancelled during the eight weeks prior to the booking, the entire pre-payments received will be retained.
In the event of the booking having to be cancelled by theproperty owner, the entire payments will be returned to thecustomer.
Once the rental period has commenced, if the client decides to cut short their holiday, the owner is under no obligation to return any payments received.
