Recently renovated Piso Cavinita, is a compact apartment located in one of the charming streets of the old quarter of Altea. It has traditional features such as a wood burning fireplace and a beamed ceiling. It is located just 2 minutes walk from the sea front and beach.
Description:
Piso Cavinita has a living room with sofa, coffee table, TV/DVD player, music system, Wi-Fi connection. It has been decorated according to the traditional Spanish style.
The modern kitchen has ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, cafetiere, and washing machine plus a small table and chairs.
The bedroom has a double bed with 2 bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers, a built in wardrobe, and wooden chair. Air conditioning is fitted and the bedroom has a window looking onto the small internal light patio.
The bathroom is modern, fully tiled, with ceramic shower tray, WC, washbasin and an exterior window.
A folding single bed can be provided, where a 4th person could be accommodated if required.
The house has air conditioning in the bedroom and together with fans and heating (should it be required!) are provided.
There is a small patio with a table and chairs.
We provide all bed linen and bath towels. We ask our guests to please bring their own beach towels.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Cancellation & forfeiture.
If after making a booking, the customer decides to cancel their reservation, provided this is done at least eight weeks prior tothe letting commencement date, the owner will do their utmost to re-let the property for the full period reserved.
If the property is then successfully re-let, for the cancelled period, the customer will receive all of their pre-payments back, minus an administration fee of 30 euros.
If the owner is unable to re-let the property or the booking is cancelled during the eight weeks prior to the booking, the entire pre-payments received will be retained.
In the event of the booking having to be cancelled by theproperty owner, the entire payments will be returned to thecustomer.
Once the rental period has commenced, if the client decides to cut short their holiday, the owner is under no obligation to return any payments received.
