Piso Mettenza is located in one of the Renovated in 2009, this first floor floor apartment is located in one of the charming streets of the old quarter of Altea. There is a sofa-bed for an extra 2 people if required, and a wi-fi internet connection is available for those with laptops. It is less than 2 minutes walk from the sea front and beach.
Description: This first floor apartment has a living room with sofa-bed for 2 people, coffee table, Satellite TV, DVD player and music system. Free Wi-Fi Internet service is available. The whole apartment has been decorated in a modern Spanish style.
The kitchen has ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, cafetiere, and washing machine plus a small table and 2 chairs.
The bedroom has a double bed with 2 bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers, a built in wardrobe, and wooden chair. Air conditioning is installed. The ensuite bathroom includes WC, ceramic shower and wash basin.
The apartment can sleep up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 young children. Please confirm children’s ages when booking.

The house has air conditioning in the main bedroom plus fans and heating (should it be required!) is provided.
Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
We provide all bed linen and bath towels. We ask our guests to please bring their own beach towels.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Cancellation & forfeiture.
If after making a booking, the customer decides to cancel their reservation, provided this is done at least eight weeks prior tothe letting commencement date, the owner will do their utmost to re-let the property for the full period reserved.
If the property is then successfully re-let, for the cancelled period, the customer will receive all of their pre-payments back, minus an administration fee of 30 euros.
If the owner is unable to re-let the property or the booking is cancelled during the eight weeks prior to the booking, the entire pre-payments received will be retained.
In the event of the booking having to be cancelled by theproperty owner, the entire payments will be returned to thecustomer.
Once the rental period has commenced, if the client decides to cut short their holiday, the owner is under no obligation to return any payments received.
